At Jacaranda Kitchens, we design and build kitchens to stand the test of time. Each kitchen is custom-made with premium Australian-made board products where possible, complemented by quality materials from leading international suppliers. Using advanced manufacturing technology and skilled craftsmanship, we deliver cabinetry that combines durability with style. All installations are completed by our professional team or trusted subcontractors. Our work is protected by Jacaranda Kitchens’ workmanship warranty and supported by manufacturer and supplier warranties for added peace of mind.

No warranty applies for corrosion, desilvering, scratching, chipping, or deterioration after installation, as these issues can result from moisture, cleaning chemicals, or impact beyond Jacaranda Kitchens’ control. |

What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Wear & tear: scratches, scuffs, dents, fading.
- Heat/moisture exposure damage: swelling, peeling, steam or humidity damage.
- Improper use/abuse: impact, neglect, overloading, non-residential use.
- Cleaning/chemicals: abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, scouring pads, polishers.
- Colour/pattern variation: natural variation; sample vs product shade.
- Third-party alteration: removal, modification, re-installation by others.
- External causes: building movement, leaks, floods, fire, pests, disasters.
- Appliances, sinks, taps, accessories: covered by their manufacturers.
- Joins cracking/moving: from water damage, house movement, heat, or similar factors.
